Dragon Beard Candy Workshop 龍鬚糖工作坊

龍鬚糖, 一種包裹著花生、芝麻和椰絲 入口即化，甜而不膩的傳統小吃。相傳龍鬚糖是供皇室貴族享用的美食，御廚會以其精巧手藝於御花園表演整套造糖的過程。今次工作坊中，同學會有機會在導師的指導下親手製作龍鬚糖。

Dragon Beard Candy is a traditional snack wrapped with peanuts, sesame, and shredded coconut. According to legend, Dragon Beard Candy was a delicacy enjoyed by the royal family. The chef will use their exquisite craftsmanship to perform the entire sugar-making process in the loyal garden. In this workshop, you will have the opportunity to make dragon Beard Candy by yourself under the instructor's guidance.
